the following:
- Is it a fair offer?
- How solid is their
financing ?
- Do they need to
sell their house? (Is it on the market? Is it reasonably priced? Can they
buy your house without theirs selling?)
- Do you agree with the contingencies they've asked for?
- What are the net proceeds to you?
- Is the timeframe acceptable to you?
